This is a Tenant Find only service, although additional services can be arranged if required. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Vetted Tenants

With our tenant find service we will only consider vetted tenants for your property, or those prepared to undertake our extensive vetting process. Our vetting includes credit checks, checks with previous landlords and liaising with Gatesheads Private Landlords Association to find you the best possible tenant.

Agent Escorted Viewings

We will conduct agent escorted viewings of your property, or if you prefer you can conduct your own viewings.
