About Us
SEAL Properties is an established independently owned and operated estate agency based in Gateshead. We are not only agents, but Landlords too with several years of experience in the industry. We pride ourselves in our friendly and welcoming manner, offering a straight talking approach which combined with our local knowledge and expertise makes us well placed in the property market.
What We Do
Our mission is simple – Rental Market Specialists – and as such we offer all the services you would expect and more. From renting properties, to selling them and everything in between – we have it covered. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer a truly bespoke service, tailored to an individuals needs whether you have one property or a portfolio. We offer advice and traditional services, but also alternative strategies such as rent2rent, serviced accommodation, contracts with charities and commissioned services and think creatively to maximise returns.

Company History
SEAL Properties opened its trading doors in June 2015, although has roots in property management from 1994 with the establishment of a successful BTL portfolio. Since opening, the company has grown and established its self as a strong force in the rental market in Gateshead. We currently manage 250+ properties and counting and have secured a number of successful sales. We have expanded our coverage to include Blyth to Bishop Auckland. Future expansion is on the horizon, with the opening of a second branch in Annfield Plain to increase our area coverage and service provision.
